We require a 30% deposit to confirm an appointment with us. Additionally, we would also request you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

How do I book an appointment?

Call us, pop in or book online - We do require a 30%  deposit to secure the booking, and if you need to cancel or reschedule we require 48 hours' notice .

Do We sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we have vouchers available in the salon and online.

What are the opening hours ?

Sunday &  Monday - closed
Tuesday - 9-6
Wednesday 9-6
Thursday 10-7
Friday 9-6
Saturday 8-4

Do you accept walkins?

Yes we do accept walk- ins, subject to stylist availability.

Do I need a patch test?

Yes, we require a patch test for all colour services and this must be performed a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please also note if it has been longer than 6 months since your last colour service with us you will have to be re tested. We also recommend you get a skin test if you have had any recent hormonal or medication changes.

Do you have parking available, is it free?

Yes, there is free parking available in Liosban but please be advised it can be very busy so allow ample time to find a free parking spot. There is also a pay and display carpark available behind Mace and the pharmacy.

How do I book an appointment if I don’t know what I need?

We recommend you book in a consultation that way we can give you a plan on how to achieve your hair goals and a more accurate price quote.

Do you offer a wedding call out service?

No, we do not offer wedding call outs.
