Saoirse actually understands how to manage curly hair, being curly-haired herself. I'm not one for small talk, and was happy out reading my book while sitting in the chair. She would gently move my head position as needed. She listened to what I wanted, offering advice and expertise in a lovely, friendly manner. At the end of the cut, she informed me of the "curly express" option, which I will likely utilise for my next cut.
